One 4-drawer sample has been tested and passed UL′s 2-hour fire endurance and the explosion test, for fire protection of paper-based documents. With this success, the FRD-II series have complied to the requirements of UL Standard 72 Class 350 for fire protection.
The fire-resistant cabinets have the options of 2, 3 and 4 drawers, with provision for a customer-specified choice of various locking systems (of key, mechanical, etc. )
